By placing an order with MisfitXApparel, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse reprints, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated herein. MisfitXApparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control. Policy terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
Refunds
At MisfitXApparel, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or reprint within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us review your request, please include a clear photo of the product showing the issue.
To be eligible for a refund or reprint, items must:

Show stains, damage or misplaced logos/designs.

Have original tags (if applicable).
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund or reprint. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Reprints will be sent back into production at no extra charge , creating a brand new tracking number once shipped.
